Troubleshooting if the Blue Ion Battery shuts down
When going to the job site to troubleshoot, be sure to bring all of the recommended tools that are listed in the Installation Manual.
This document is meant to be used in conjunction with the Blue Ion Installation Manual and other documents available in the Blue Planet Energy Support Knowledge Base.
Please visit https://support.blueplanetenergy.com and download any other troubleshooting documents you may need, such as the “Dark Start Guide” or “Troubleshooting Communications: eGauge and BMU”. If you do not have access, please email support@blueplanetenergy.com.
If the Blue Ion Battery shuts down, this may be caused by several factors. Follow the guide below to troubleshoot and identify the issue.
Always use proper safety protocols when working with the Blue Ion 2.0 and the other associated equipment.
